Fishing Industry NSW Inc (FINSW) is the recognised peak industry body representing commercial fishing members across New South Wales. We have members operating from the Tweed in the north to Eden in the south.
FINSW recognises that a strong and sustainable commercial fishing industry involves collaboration with both industry and government. As the peak body we meet regularly with all other state peak bodies including Seafood Industry Australia. We share knowledge, identify common challenges and advocate collectively on issues affecting our members in NSW.
Through these important relationships and industry connections, FINSW ensures the experiences and priorities of NSW commercial fishing members are represented in broader industry discussions and that our members remain connected with developments affecting the Australian seafood sector.
