The Health Benefits of Australian Seafood
Fishing Industry NSW Inc supports FRDC in sharing the latest research on the health benefits of eating Australian seafood. The review of more than 10,000 scientific studies confirms that enjoying at least two serves of seafood each week (a serve equals 100-150 grams) supports heart, brain and overall health at every stage of life, with additional benefits for pregnancy, child development and mental wellbeing.
